Rooted in Community

In the charming Bavarian town of Mammendorf, just west of Munich, our story began in 1982. What started as a small service-focused company has grown into a global leader in MRI-compatible medical technology, while maintaining its heart and soul in the community that nurtured it.

As the largest employer in Mammendorf, MIPM isn't just a company—it's a vital part of the town's identity and economic foundation. Our roots run deep in this community, and our connection to the people and place we call home shapes everything we do.

The Family Behind the Innovation

At the helm of MIPM is a true family legacy. Michael N. Rosenheimer, affectionately known as the "Father of the MIPM-Family," took over the company as sole proprietor in 1988. Today, his daughter Jennifer Rosenheimer continues this legacy as CEO, having been part of the MIPM family literally since birth.

Other family members contribute their talents to various aspects of the business, creating a true family enterprise that extends its warmth to employees, partners, and customers alike.

Global Reach, Local Heart

While our products reach medical facilities worldwide through our international distributor network, our development and production remain entirely in Germany.
